Pain Relief via Posture Correction with Advanced Biostructural Correction™

How ABC™ is different... from everything else out there

Posture improvement over 2 years of ABC™ care

We have all heard the common cliche in holistic health circles that the body is self-healing. Well, it’s not entirely true. While the body indeed can heal itself, it does need proper conditions to initiate the healing process. Otherwise, it would be able to recover from infections, fuse broken bones back in their correct positions without a cast, and never suffer from chronic illnesses – and we know fully well that’s not true!

Properly administered pharmaceuticals, herbs, supplements, and homeopathic remedies give this healing environment to the organism at the biochemical level. Advanced Biostructural Correction™ practitioners provide the restorative conditions for the body to correct its structure when they restore bone displacements to their natural positions.

Root of the problem

The central understanding in ABC™ is that some bones in the body go out of place in a direction that the body can’t self-correct because no muscles are available to pull in the direction needed to correct them.

If you have difficulty grasping this idea, run your fingers down your spine and you’ll find that, except for a thin layer of skin, there’s nothing behind your vertebrae.

What that means is if a vertebra goes out of place in the forward direction, your body can’t pull it back in place – someone else has to do it for you. And when that doesn’t happen, the body develops a series of compensation patterns as illustrated below.

Progression of structural complications with one bone going out of place in a direction the body can not self-correct
When a bone goes out of place in a direction the body cannot self-correct, the body responds by twisting, torquing and bending to compensate for the imbalance caused. That results in the pulling on and stressing of the tissues and organs of the body like the nervous system and vascular system parts. 1Image Source: ABC™ Training Europe

Note that the above image shows the sequence of compensations for just one bone going in a forward direction. In reality, there are many such occurrences throughout a person’s lifetime starting as early as prenatally in the womb. These multiple injuries get layered on top of each other separated by compensatory patterns.

This situation ultimately leads to the production and presentation of symptoms in the body which are in fact compensations, whose exact origin is a bone or bones out of place in a direction that the body cannot self-correct.

These compensations are what everyone else in the medical and nonmedical profession focuses on in their treatment and not the real cause or origin. 2Text adapted from: ABC™ Training Europe

The ABC™ approach

ABC™ differs from any other manipulative modality out there due to its precise diagnostics and treatment techniques which deliver consistent and predictable results. Three significant areas that set ABC™ apart are:

Accurate determination of injuries vs compensations

ABC™ practitioners are trained to detect the underlying bone displacements that need to be corrected leaving the compensations alone.

Not understanding the difference leads practitioners of other manipulative disciplines to treat areas of compensations that may offer some relief at the time but almost always proves detrimental to the body in the long run.

Fix only actual injuries that the body can not self-correct

An example of a “compensation” is the body engaging muscles to move a bone out of place that it CAN self-correct but does not since it’s needed to support the body until the underlying injury has been fixed.

Once the underlying forward displacement of the bone has been fixed, the body releases the compensation and associated symptoms, such as muscular pain, clears up.

Address meningeal adhesions

Unique to the ABC™ protocol, practitioners routinely check for and release adhesions that form in the meninges. They use specific maneuvers for this purpose that allow for corrections far surpassing advanced surgical methods devised to remove these meningeal adhesions.

An important part of completely restoring your spine’s optimal configuration lies in ensuring there are no patterns keeping vertebrae stuck in a way that prevents an ABC™ practitioner from moving them back to their natural position.

However, because of vertebrae being out of place, the meninges, a rubbery sheath covering the entire central nervous system, develop scar tissue that sticks to the bones holding them in place. This is part of a compensation and much appreciated by the body as it delays further deterioration to the spinal configuration.

Once an ABC™ practitioner fixes the forward bone displacements though, the meningeal adhesions are not only unnecessary, they get in the way of treating the vertebrae and must be removed to make any significant progress.

As layers upon layers of injuries and compensations are cleared from the body, all secondary and tertiary forces applying to various muscles, connective tissue, organs and glands are released.

The positive health consequences of that are unmatched by any other healthcare program out there. No wonder clients worldwide who have experienced the benefits of ABC™ firsthand, report relief from symptoms ranging from body pain to improvements in digestion, breathing, sports and arts performance, and more. Read below for more on this.

What ABC™ treatments help with

Well, let’s first clarify what ABC™ can NOT help with! If you are experiencing pain due to infection, diabetes, tumors, and the like, you should seek advice from a health professional of your choice. ABC™ will not help you there.

However, while ABC™ is certainly not a cure-all, it significantly improves your overall health because of its positive impact on the body. Here’s how:

Posture

Just by fixing your posture alone, you can significantly improve your digestion, elimination, and detoxification since all the vital organs responsible for these tasks reside in the abdominal cavity. With a collapsed posture, these organs are under tremendous strain and, therefore, can not perform their job well.

Likewise, in the chest cavity, with improved posture, your heart can pump more blood per beat since it’s no longer squished due to a collapsed posture. Your lungs fill in more air so you have more oxygen in your body. In fact, this is one of the first things almost everyone notices starting from day one of ABC™ treatments.

Structural Stress

The bone displacements in the body indicated by a collapsed posture, exert forces that get transmitted to distant parts of the body. All the bones are literally connected, and each out-of-place bone can affect any part of the body including veins and arteries.

As the injuries and compensations are removed from the body layer by layer, there is much less strain on various organs, connective tissue, lymphatic system, and blood vessels. As you can imagine, this has a significant bearing on how your body works. Within the first few treatments, clients routinely report sleeping better, improved balance, and an increased capacity to perform physical work.

Neurological Benefits

One of the issues with bones being out of place is that it exerts a stretch on the spinal cord. In fact, research shows that the spinal cord can stretch by 4-6 inches over its normal length. A study on the effects of this type of stretch found that a stretched spinal cord loses its ability to conduct nerve signals.

This shows how structural issues could have a large effect on your neurological health. In fact, almost all neurological conditions have a structural component which is rarely talked about in mainstream medicine. Clients undergoing regular ABC™ treatments soon find their debilitating neurological condition losing its grip on them. Many feel that ABC™ gave them their life back.

Psychological well-being

In addition to the stretch in the spinal cord, vertebral misalignments cause a pull on the brainstem causing a host of problems. The brainstem regulates vital cardiac and respiratory functions and acts as a vehicle for sensory information.

So, when there’s a pull on the brainstem, you feel like a veil is present between you and the rest of existence. This feeling is commonly referred to as brain fog. But it’s more than just that…

Different parts of the brainstem are associated with sleep, respiration, swallowing, bladder control, hearing, taste, eye movement, facial expressions, vision, hearing, motor control, sleep and wake cycles, alertness, and temperature regulation.

The lower half of the brainstem regulates autonomic, involuntary functions such as breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure.

No wonder, as you start getting treated with ABC™, your sense of well-being improves drastically. Most clients report being happier and generally satisfied with life within a few sessions.

In the words of the founder of ABC™

The difference between standard Chiropractic and other manual body therapies and true structural correction.

The first thing to note is that all of these therapies, including ABC™ can be classed as manipulation of bones or other body structures and tissues. Every different discipline has their statements as to why their method should be called something else and is special but that does not change that it is manipulation.

The original idea was and still is, to find bones out of place and correct their positions. This sometimes works well, sometimes does not work or does not work well and sometimes is harmful.

Due to the inconsistencies in effect of trying to realign the bones there have been many theories and many systems put forth. None of them have resulted in the development of a consistent and predictable effect of treatment until Advanced BioStructural Correction™ has come along.

The difference.

The difference between ABC™ and all the other methods is that the other methods are attempting to directly straighten the body. ABC™ has discovered it is basically impossible to accomplish this because the body is in a three dimensional twist.

Further, you do not have a neck, back and low back. You have a spinal column that is a single synchronized functioning unit. The reason is not just that all the bones are connected but additionally that you have very tough elastic membranes covering the spinal cord and brain going from the tailbone up into the skull that attach to the bones of the spinal column and skull. That makes the spinal column not just a stack of bones but a spring loaded lever system to hold the body upright. Even more, because the elastic tissues transmit mechanical stress from one spot to another just like a rubber band. So, try to straighten one thing and, if it not just the right thing the elastic tissue will transmit the mechanical stress and move something else out of place. ~ Dr Jesse Jutkowitz
